Samsom Kefei is a federal immigration trial attorney and the principal owner of KB Law & Associates, LLC, serving clients across New England and Nationwide. Known for his steadfast advocacy and deep commitment to justice, Attorney Kefei represents individuals and families navigating some of the most complex areas of U.S. immigration law. He speaks Spanish at an intermediate level and has a basic understanding of Portuguese.

Education & Early Career

Attorney Kefei’s path to immigration law was shaped by a strong academic foundation and a passion for public service. He earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology from Plymouth State University, experiences that deepened his understanding of both the legal system and the human stories behind every case. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law, where he refined the advocacy and analytical skills that now define his practice.

Experience & Achievements

Since beginning his legal career in 2015 and receiving his attorney license on June 16, 2022, Attorney Kefei has built an exceptional record in immigration litigation. In only two years of practice, he has prevailed in more than two dozen complex asylum matters, including withholding of removal and CAT claims, while also guiding numerous clients through the process of obtaining lawful permanent residence and achieving U.S. citizenship.

In one particularly demanding period, he prevailed in five trials in a single month, demonstrating both his mastery of immigration law and his relentless work ethic. His practice centers on family-based immigration, removal defense, and humanitarian relief, while also encompassing employment-based visa matters for individuals and companies pursuing lawful opportunities in the United States.
